I didn’t get a chance to make my pesto last week because the basil went bad and I didn’t have time to go to the grocery store and get more, so it’s on the menu again this week. I am determined to make my own pesto :) The Chili Rellanos turned out great. They will definitely be on the menu in the near future.
My menu is only 1/2 planned right now because homework has taken over.
