Monday
Breakfast: 2 egg omelet with ham and cheese, muffin
Supper: Mini Meatloaves, green beans, mashed potatoes

Tuesday
Breakfast: Flaxseed pancake, mandarin oranges, yogurt
Supper: Ham steaks with honey, pasta shells, brussel sprouts

Wednesday
Breakfast: 2 egg omelet with peppers and onions, muffin
Supper: Ranch Chicken Nuggets, fresh celery, apple wedges

Thursday
Breakfast: ‘Healthy’ Pancake, yogurt
Supper: Spaghetti Bake, meatballs

Friday
Breakfast: Ham steak, 1 egg omelet, muffin
Supper: Leftovers

Saturday
Breakfast: Cereal, muffin
Supper: Grilled cheese, spinach salad, strawberries, pineapple

Sunday
Breakfast: Smoothie made with frozen strawberries, blueberries, flaxseed and yogurt
Supper: Roast beef with carrots, celery, onions and potatoes (crockpot)
