Source: Reader’s Digest Great Recipes for Good Health
Serves 4

1 lb lean ground turkey
1 c soft white bread crumbs (2 slices)
3 tbsp sour cream
1/3 cup skim milk
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
Nonstick cooking spray
1 tbsp unsalted margarine

Mix turkey, 1/2 of the bread crumbs, sour cream, milk, pepper and nutmeg; shape into 4 flat patties. Coat on both sides with remaining crumbs. Refridgerate, uncovered, for 20 minutes.

Lightly coat skillet with cooking spray, add the margarine and set over moderate heat for about 30 seconds. Add the patties and brown for 5 minutes on each side.
