Orange Chicken


I’m not sure where I got this recipe from, but it’s an inexpensive chicken dish since bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts go on sale so often.

Sauce:
4 tbsp honey
1/2 c frozen oj concentrate
salt and pepper

Bring to a boil, don’t heat up too fast or too hot – med 3 mins.

Chicken:
Preheat oven to 375.

Preheat pan with veggie oil to med-high. Sprinkle 3 bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts with salt and pat with a paper towel. Place skin side down in pan for about five minutes. Flip when golden and crispy.

Brush glaze over chicken on skin side. Place skin side up for about 15 minutes or until meat thermometer says 160-170. Reglaze and put back in the oven for a few more minutes.
